50 Life Lessons In 50 Days: Day 3 – The Law of Pictures

Day 3 – 3rd September 2017
3. The Law of Pictures. Find a Physical Picture.
Find living evidence of the picture in your imagination. Get a physical picture or a person that represents, the picture of your desired future. That which you see in your imagination should match that which you see physically.
There must be a spiritual, neurological, visual, and physical match for manifestation. This creates internal momentum and unquenchable inner fire. This allows you to cast your vision and purpose in stone… drawn on the tablets of your mind and felt in your heart.

Abraham was called out by God and separated from his kindred. For 10 years God shared the promise of his future with him. But he couldn’t manifest the vision and promise until… Genesis 15:5 – “Then the Lord took Abram outside and said to him, “Look up into the sky and count the stars if you can. That’s how many descendants you will have”

That which you imagine, visualize and say must align with that which you see physically, before it can actually manifest in reality. Like I always say, what you behold (see), you become.
At the academy, during our goal-setting classes, we give participants the Catalyst Goal Dashboard. They cut up pictures of people or things that represent their desired future in the 12 critical areas of the human life and place them in the little boxes on the goal dashboard. They then go on to place these dashboards in places where they would always see them and get to work on their goals. Like I always say, what you behold (see), you become.

Drake’s Story of Visualization

In an interview with RollingStone Magazine, Rapper, Drake explained how he bought the exact same mansion that was his computer desktop image whilst he was still mapping out his future, years before he was a signed rapper.

This house was the desktop image on my computer years before I bought it,” Drake says. “I was like, ‘What are the world’s craziest residential pools?’ and when I searched online, this came up.” In 2007, a then-unsigned Drake tried, and failed, to hunt this place down during an L.A. trip. In 2009, the compound hit the market with an asking price of $27 million. The seller, a steakhouse-chain restaurateur, “was at a low moment,” Drake recalls. “He needed money.” In 2012, Drake purchased the property for $7.7 million. “I stole it from him!” – Drake said to Rolling Stone in the interview.

And he got the house for a figure below the market value! Drake knew exactly what he wanted, obeyed the law of attraction and visualization and the universe conspired to make his dream house become his reality.

Remain connected for the next 47 days as I continue to share the 50 powerful principles that I’ve seen work in the lives of the world’s greatest achievers.
