INTERNAL CONFLICT, THE DEADLIEST

Gd Morn,

There are several types of conflicts.

“Internal Conflict is the Deadliest”

It’s is a Psychological struggle within the mind . A?mental struggle arising from opposing values, emotions, perceptions, beliefs, demands or impulses.

It occurs when we hold on to preconceived notions that don’t match our reality….

~ Anais.

“True love doesn’t have a happy ending, because true love never ends. Letting go is one way of saying I love you.”
~ Anon

“Every breath is an opportunity to receive and let go. I receive love and I let go of pain.”
~ Brenda MacIntyre.

“A man cannot be comfortable without his own approval.”
~  Mark Twain.

“You can clutch the past so tightly to your chest that it leaves your arms too full to embrace the present.”
~ Jan Glidewell, author & columnist.

“You will always think it’s a mistake or luck. Take your eyes off others and turn the scanner within. Find the seeds of your jealousy, clear the old voices and experiences. Put all the energy into building your personal and emotional security. Then you will be the one others envy, and you can remember the pain and reach out to them.”
~ Jennifer James.

“In the last analysis, the individual person is responsible for living his own life and for “finding himself.” If he persists in shifting his responsibility to somebody else, he fails to find out the meaning of his own existence.”
